Trauma Release Workshop
Bad things happen to good people.
Counseling, mental therapy, medications, and others are used with limited success. These resources focus on the brain’s memory or chemical balance. While helpful, the healing process is not complete.
The body stores trauma energy like a hard drive on a computer stores data long-term. The brain acts like a computer’s RAM bringing up data as needed.
The goal of this workshop is to teach you how to identify energy blockages of trauma hidden in your body and safely release them.
You will never have to share sensitive information or dredge up the past. Our goal is to provide a safe healing space where you take control of your healing process.
You will be given tools and techniques to remove negative muscular-emotional memory from your body in order to live peacefully and abundantly.
