PTSD / Trauma Massage and Protocol

Trauma-informed bodywork and nervous system support for people whose bodies are still carrying survival patterns.

Trauma Is Not Just a Memory

PTSD and trauma can show up in the body as muscle guarding, hypervigilance, pain, shallow breathing, poor sleep, panic, numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

This protocol is designed with respect for safety, consent, pacing, and nervous system capacity. The goal is not to force release. The goal is to help your body feel safe enough to let go in the right order.

Best Fit For

  • Veterans, first responders, trauma survivors, and high-stress professionals
  • Hypervigilance, panic, anxiety, poor sleep, or body tension
  • People who need a practitioner who understands trauma-informed care

Your First Phase May Focus On

Your sample wellness blueprint may include:

  • Trauma-informed massage
  • Nervous system reset support
  • Gentle body awareness and consent-based pacing
  • Sound Booth sessions where appropriate
  • A custom care plan built around safety and regulation

Your Next Step

Your assessment is the starting point. During your Wellness Strategy Session, we will review your goals, your symptoms, and your best first steps so your care plan fits your body instead of forcing you into a generic service.

This information is educational and does not replace medical care. If you are recovering from surgery, cancer treatment, pregnancy complications, injury, or a diagnosed medical condition, we may request physician guidance before beginning care.
